Team Previews
Here's an index of fantasy previews for all 30 NBA teams.
How to use the previews:
Each preview has a short introductory paragraph, which is then followed by a list of players who I consider relevant in 9-cat H2H. Each player has an easy-to-understand breakdown for fantasy.
Here are what those sections mean:
š Trend: ā¬ļø/āļø/ā¬ļø - this refers to how a player was trending last season or leading up to this one. That's why rookies don't get one. It can be based on performance or availability, or a combination.
šļø Key Stats: this simply lists which of the standard nine categories a player is good at
ā ļø Risk: š¢/š /š“ - ranging from low to high, a player's draft risk refers to risks due to questions regarding their durability, and/or risks to their production opportunites
š Value Unlock: - this section highlights what needs to happen for the player to see an increase in their fantasy value in 9-cat.
š” Quick Hits: - these are little notes about a player's previous season, their current situation, recent injury history, or anything else that's noteworthy when it comes to assessing them in fantasy.
ā Big Question(s): - this asks one big question, or a couple of questions about the player heading into 2026-27.
šÆ Draft Range: - this is where I think the player should be drafted
ā Fantasy Take: - this section is about my fantasy take or assessment about a player. It's where I provide insight into their outlook for the coming season, as well as recommendations on how to treat them in drafts.
At the end of each team preview is a section that has:
